All on 4 is defined as a surgical concept that allows us to apply a fixed prosthesis rather than removable prostheses (palate) in terms of aesthetics and function, through the application of 4 or 6 angled implants in case of insufficient bone level in the back of the jaws.
Depending on the bone level, 4 or 6 implants are applied to a jaw by the jaw surgeons and the implants are waited for fusion with the bone.After the implant placement is completed, we need to wait an average of 3 months for the implant to fuse with the bone.
During this period, a temporary prosthesis is made for the patient so that they do not lose their chewing and speaking functions, and the patient is provided to pass this process comfortably. At the end of this process, the permanent prosthesis construction process begins.
The entire treatment is completed in about 3-4 months.
